2 Answered Prayers

I received great news from friends concerning their prayer requests that I had blogged about earlier (click here to read blog).

It was great to see how my friend's face lit up this morning when I asked her about the results of her ultrasound: the baby is fine, by God's grace. What a relief!

As with the other prayer request, my friend said that his mom's knee replacement surgery went very well. That, too, is a blessing to hear!

I got another email today from one of my relatives. A malformation has been found in his wife's lower cerebellum. Aside from this condition being a real threat to her health and life, a rupture is possible if she is subjected to any stress, including child bearing. They do not have any children yet, and I know that it has always been their heart's desire to have one. My heart was crushed upon hearing the news.

I don't know what to say right now. I'm just glad that through God's Spirit, He knows what I need to pray for, and He knows exactly what they need, and He has promised to supply our every need way before we knew it. We may not understand what's going on, and why such things are happening. But, I know I can rest in Him and His promises...that His plan is perfect. Always.
